A critical structural intervention required at a major UK arena ahead of a live event window. No room for engineering iteration on site, and no tolerance for slipping the published schedule.

Rapid site survey, on-the-fly engineering and in-house fabrication, delivered and installed under live operational constraints. Decisions made and acted on inside hours, not days.
