PROJECT 01Sliding LED screens

Liberty Global

Problem
Large-format screens blocked critical access to windows and natural light.
Solution
Engineered a sliding multi-position system using linear actuators and a custom scissor mechanism, fully integrated with the control stack.
Result
Dual-mode system — open and full display — with seamless control, safety integration and zero compromise on screen performance.
PROJECT 02Suspended screen alignment

OVO Hydro

Problem
A 24m suspended LED screen sat misaligned against the venue's curved structural geometry.
Solution
Designed and fabricated a custom ball-joint system enabling self-levelling alignment under load.
Result
Perfectly level, structurally correct installation — engineered to absorb the building's geometry without visible compromise.
PROJECT 03Large-scale LED towers

Heathrow

Problem
Seven large-scale LED towers required under tight delivery pressure for a live airport environment.
Solution
Fabricated 630 structural beams (882m total) with a streamlined production line and parallel build cells.
Result
Production reduced to two weeks per screen — delivered on schedule, on spec, on a live site.
